Accepted Payments

Credit Cards: I currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and debit cards via secure checkout through Paypal, phone orders through Propay.com, and cash transfers through Revolutionary Money Exchange (RME -www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Checks and Money Orders: I currently accept checks and money orders. These payments should be mailed in a timely manner. If payment is not received in 10 days, I will cancel the sale if not contacted. Please note that if you are paying by cash transfer, money order or check, shipping will be delayed until payment is received and cleared. No exceptions. Returns and Exchanges

Please realize that every sale is valuable to me, being a small business owner, and your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me. If I have made a mistake with your order or if your jewelry is damaged when it arrives, I will gladly replace the item after I am contacted and the item is returned with delivery confirmation. I will cover all shipping expenses to ship the replacement. Be careful when packaging items for return and consider the purchase of insurance, as I cannot accept them for return or exchange if damaged during shipment. Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Please email me when you have shipped. Please be aware that "buyers' remorse" or "change of heart" for any reason is not grounds for a refund or replacement. Each piece is unique and one of a kind being made of decades old materials. Please exercise good judgment before placing your order and ask any questions you may have. I happily will respond promptly.

Shipping
Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday. Please allow for an additional allotted time for custom or made to order pieces.

All orders are sent via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation or USPS First Class International. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery. Complimentary gift wrapping is available and may be provided upon request.

Shipping and Handling fees are as follows and include delivery confirmation and insurance for orders over $40:

Domestic orders:
  • First Class - $4.50, each additional item $.50
  • Priority - $6.50, each additional item $.50
International orders:
  • Canada - $3.50, each additional item $.50
  • UK - $4.50, each additional item $.50
  • Other countries - $4.50, each additional item $.50
Approximate shipping delivery times are as follows: (Please note these are approximations only. Delays may occur if items are inspected by customs in your country.)

Domestic orders:
  • First class - 3-5 business days
  • Priority - 2-3 business days
International orders:
  • Canada - 1 - 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks
  • UK - 2 - 3 weeks, up to 6 weeks
  • Other countries - 2 weeks, up to 8 weeks
